FAQ

1. Hair is 100% Virgin human hair. Hair contains no chemicals or steam processing. Hair is carefully picked from donors in the Asian continent. 

2. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers once package has been shipped. 

3. Due to the nature of this product and hygiene standards we do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair that has been worn. Hair must be returned as given (customer pays for shipping.) Exchanges are offered up to 7 days after product has been received. There is a 15% restocking fee customer must pay to exchange product. Be sure the product you order is the product you want. We are here to assist you. Refunds are granted at company discretion. We are not responsible for customer misuse or hair that has been dyed, permed, or altered in any way.

4. Shipping is 5-7 business days. Business days do NOT include Saturday or Sunday. If order is placed on the weekend, order will not be processed until the next business day. There is a 24 hour processing day (please be mindful of this when inquiring about shipping.)

6. All payments are handled through PayPal for your security as well as ours. No credit card information is shared with us or third parties.
